About Movie Reads

Movie Reads is a site about films and television series adapted from novels, built for people who have just watched an adaptation and want to read the book behind it.

Each title has its own page covering the source novel and its author, how the adaptation departs from the book, and what the novel offers that the screen version can't. Titles are browsable by film and television series, and each page links to related adaptations from the same author.

Amazon links point at the book discussed on the page. The site carries an affiliate disclosure in the footer and alongside every link.
